Refund Policy

Refunds are offered only in exceptional cases such as non-delivery or severe damage during transit. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-to-case basis. Digital products, workshops, courses, and custom artwork are non-refundable once confirmed.

If a refund is approved, Creative Tales by AKS will initiate the refund within 15–21 business days from the date of approval. Once initiated, the credited amount may take an additional 5–7 business days to reflect in the customer’s account, depending on the payment method and bank policies.

Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, especially for custom or made-to-order artwork. By placing an order, customers agree to these terms and understand that refunds or cancellations are not guaranteed.
